Andrew Perea

Andrew Perea, violinist, conductor, soloist, concertmaster, and teacher has also performed with rock ‘n’ roll bands. He has collaborated with Johnny Mathis, Ray Charles, Gunther Schuler, Yanni, and violin virtuoso Itzhak Perlman. Dr. Perea currently conducts strings in the South Country Central School District, and the Gemini Youth Orchestra and was the Executive Musical Director of the Peconic Youth Orchestra program in Southampton. He received his Doctorate from the University of Texas.

Heather Weeks-Wesnofske, violist, is a native of Buffalo, New York. She received her undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and her graduate degree from SUNY Stony Brook. She is currently the Orchestra Director at Centereach High School where her Chamber Orchestra consistently earns the rating of “Gold with Distinction” at the NYSSMA Major Organization Festival.
Steven Fayette, double bass, received his Bachelor of Music degree from Ithaca College and did further studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Julliard School. He has performed with the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra, the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. He is now the orchestra director at the Shoreham-Wading River High School.
